    Product用途:

    This CVD system is suitable for CVD processes such as silicon carbide coating, conductivity testing of ceramic substrates, and the controlled synthesis of ZnO nanostructures.

    Process experiments on growth, atmospheric sintering, vacuum quenching and annealing of ceramic multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs), as well as rapid cooling.

     

    Product Composition:

    CVD system configuration:

    1. 1200°C open-type vacuum tube furnace (optional multi-zone configuration).

    2. The sliding system is available in manual and electric versions and is equipped with an air-cooling system.

    3. Multi-Channel Mass Flow Control System

    4. Vacuum System (optional: medium vacuum or high vacuum)

     

    Product Features:

    1. The control circuit employs fuzzy PID programmable control technology, which offers high temperature-control accuracy, low thermal inertia, no temperature overshoot, reliable performance, and simple operation.

    2. The quick-connect flange structure for the gas lines is designed in-house, enhancing operational convenience.

    3. The medium-vacuum system features automatic control of vacuum level upper and lower limits, while the high-vacuum system employs a high-pressure, shock-resistant molecular pump to prevent accidental gas leaks. The molecular pump is damaged, extending the system’s service life.

    4. The (electric) sliding system uses a temperature controller to automatically regulate the movement of the furnace body; once the program is complete, the furnace body slides at the set speed, thanks to the presence of sliding limits. The functional furnace chamber will not experience any collisions, and once the sample is exposed, it will be rapidly cooled by the air-cooling system.
