Central Equipment

High-temperature visualization used in the paper Deformation Testing Instrument (TA-16A Tianjin Zhonghuan Furnace Corp., China)   Used for Measure the dimensional changes of the sample. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the teachers for their recognition of Tianjin Zhonghuan Instruments. Tianjin Zhonghuan will continue to support researchers in their scientific studies and technological innovation.

Equipment Introduction

Visualized High-Temperature Deformation Analyzer, Optical non-contact measurement is used to quantify the expansion and contraction of materials during the sintering process. During temperature cycling, changes in material shape, dimensions, and phase state are monitored online in real time, and an intelligent data acquisition and image-processing system generates intuitive, accurate data and graphical reports. The product performance is comparable to that of international counterparts and ranks among the leading domestic offerings. This visual high-temperature deformation analyzer is employed in materials research and development as well as manufacturing, facilitating the precise optimization of sintering and heat-treatment processes, enhancing product quality, and reducing production costs.

Main Functions

  1. High-temperature test: Maximum operating temperature 1600℃/2000℃
  2. Real-time dynamic measurement of shrinkage deformation during sintering: non-contact measurement and recording of the temperature-dependent curves for sample height, width, and area during the sintering process.
  3. Determine the characteristic temperatures: sintering point, softening point, spheroidization, hemispheroidization, and melting point.
