As night fell, a dazzling spectacle unfolded, and the moment event host Sun Lan—Manager of the Central Electric Furnace Market Department—took the stage, the atmosphere in the venue instantly ignited with fervor.

Manager Sun stated in his speech that the new products unveiled at this launch event —The ceramic 3D-printing debinding-and-sintering integrated furnace is the fruit of university–industry collaboration! For more than three decades, Zhonghuan Electric Furnace has been deeply engaged in the industry, focusing on research and development services. From high-temperature sintering and thermal analysis to the 3D-printing equipment sector, every breakthrough has been made possible thanks to the support of our research partners. Zhonghuan Electric Furnace and Huazhong University of Science and Technology have jointly established a laboratory, and this integrated furnace is a major achievement resulting from that collaboration.

At the press conference, the co-developer of the new product: Professor Wu Jiamin of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Chair of the CICC Ceramic 3D Printing Division, shared the R&D journey and the core technologies. New Product Introduction

 

The new products unveiled this time - Ceramics 3D Printing Degassing and Sintering Integrated Furnace , will Integrating the two core processes of debinding and high-temperature sintering, this system delivers end-to-end thermal processing—from green body to finished product—specifically designed to address the pain points of conventional manufacturing. The equipment features an integrated design that eliminates the need to transfer the green body, enabling complete debinding and sintering in a single operation and effectively preventing cracking, deformation, and contamination during handling. The furnace is constructed from high-quality, high-temperature-resistant materials with excellent thermal insulation, paired with advanced heating and temperature-control systems that precisely meet the thermal-processing requirements of various ceramic materials, including zirconia, alumina, silicon nitride, and ceramic slurries, thereby providing stable and reliable forming assurance for 3D-printed ceramic components.
