Box furnace Also known as a muffle furnace, it is a type of heating furnace with a box-shaped furnace chamber. This furnace is easy to operate and maintain, and is equipped with a controllable chimney at the rear. The box-type electric furnace employs a reliable integrated circuit design, ensuring a favorable operating environment and strong anti-interference capability. At the maximum temperature, the furnace shell temperature remains ≤50°C, significantly enhancing the working conditions. Equipped with microcomputer program control, it supports up to two sets of 16-segment heating/cooling profiles, enabling fully automatic temperature ramping and plateau maintenance. During operation, temperature-control parameters and programs can be modified, offering flexible, convenient, and straightforward operation. In addition, the furnace delivers temperature-control accuracy and temperature-holding stability both within ±1°C, with a rapid heating rate of up to 45°C per minute. Its well-designed structure features a double-layer inner-and-outer furnace jacket and air-cooling heat dissipation, which substantially shortens the test cycle.
