    Product Features: 
    I. Structural Practicality:

    1. The furnace chamber is constructed from high-quality polycrystalline mullite fiber formed by vacuum suction, achieving 50% energy savings and ensuring a uniform temperature field. The heating elements are made of high-resistance, premium-grade alloy wire 0Cr27Al7Mo2.

    2. Advanced air insulation technology, combined with thermal sensing, automatically activates the exhaust fan when the furnace surface temperature rises to 50°C, rapidly reducing the surface temperature.

     

    II. Safety of Use:

    1. Automatic power-off function upon furnace door opening: the furnace will automatically shut off when the door is opened.

    2. Over-temperature protection: When the temperature exceeds the set limit, the power is automatically cut off and an alarm is triggered.

    3. Leakage protection function: the power supply is automatically cut off when a leakage current is detected in the furnace body. These features ensure safe operation.

    III. Intelligent Control:

    1. The electric furnace temperature control system employs artificial intelligence-based regulation technology, featuring PID control, fuzzy control, and self-tuning capabilities, and allows for the programming of various heating and cooling profiles.

    2. The domestically produced intelligent temperature-control system supports fixed-temperature heating (non-programmable), while the domestically produced program-controlled temperature-control system allows editing of 30 temperature-control programs, and the imported program-controlled temperature-control system allows editing of 40 temperature-control programs.

    3. The electric furnace is equipped with an RS-485 conversion interface, enabling communication with a computer. A dedicated computer control system is used to achieve remote operation of a single furnace or up to 200 furnaces. Functions such as control, real-time tracking, historical recording, and report generation.

     

    IV. Design Independence 
    This equipment is an independently developed product, featuring multiple proprietary design solutions and technical drawings. It boasts an aesthetically pleasing appearance, a well-structured design, and convenient operation.

    1. Adopts a fully touch-enabled LCD control system with a Chinese-language interface, offering practical functions such as real-time monitoring, historical trend plotting, and data export.
