    Product Uses

    This equipment is composed of modular heating units—either tubular or chamber-type—that can be independently controlled, enabling simultaneous operation of multiple test groups. Its compact design minimizes space requirements, making it ideal for use in major universities and research institutes.

    Product Features

    The 1200°C vacuum-atmosphere tubular heating module is compact, featuring high-quality alloy resistance wire heating for rapid temperature rise. Its sealed flange employs a double-ring extrusion sealing technology using 304 stainless steel, effectively enhancing the gas tightness at both ends of the furnace tube. A standard KF vacuum port is pre-installed for easy expansion, and quick-clamp connections facilitate convenient sample loading and unloading. The system supports both vacuum pumping and inert-gas purging. The overall design adopts a modular architecture, making repair, maintenance, and component replacement straightforward.

    The control system employs a 17-inch all-in-one touchscreen computer unit pre-installed with the Windows operating system and a distributed temperature-control system, featuring a fully Chinese-language visual interface. This enables effective centralized zone-based control: operators can conveniently view real-time on-site process conditions directly on the host computer, as well as monitor various data points and trend curves. The system supports numerous modules, including temperature-control curves, programmable curves, real-time curves, historical curves, real-time reports, historical reports, and database browsing and statistical analysis.
