    Easy to Operate.

    The heating furnace chamber is composed of the upper and lower parts. The upper part of the furnace chamber can be flipped backward by 110°, which is convenient to take, put and observe the experimental materials.Gas circuit connection mode adopts quick connecting flange structure, simplifying the process to pick-and-place materials. Only one clamp can complete gas circuit connection, which is easy to operate. It eliminates the complicated flange installation process and reduces the possibility of damage to the furnace tube caused by installation.

    Structural Practicality.

    Sealing flange adopts double-ring sealing technology, effectively improving the air tightness of the furnace tube. The gas circuit has the function of micro adjustable air inlet and outlet. The gas circuit brackets at both ends support the gas circuit device, effectively eliminating the stress of the gas circuit assembly itself and preventing the damage to the furnace tube caused by its own stress. With advanced air heat insulation and thermal technology, when the surface temperature of the furnace body reaches 50, the exhaust fan will start automatically, rapidly cooling the surface of the furnace body.

     

    Safety in Use.

    Over-temperature protection function: When the temperature exceeds the allowable set value, it will automatically be powered off and raise an alarm.

    Leakage protection function: When the furnace body leaks electricity, it will be powered off automatically.

    The above functions ensure the safety to use the equipment.

     

    Intelligent Control.

    The electric furnace temperature control system adopts artificial intelligence adjustment technology, with PID adjustment, fuzzy control and self-tuning functions. A variety of temperature rising and cooling programs can be programmed, with the maximum of editing programs reaching 50 segments. The electric furnace is equipped with 485 conversion interface. Professional software can be selected to realize the mutual connection with the computer to achieve remote control, real-time tracking, history recording, output reports etc.

     

    Scalability.

    Vacuum control system and gas flow control system can be selected and adopted.
