    I. Operational Convenience:

    1. Convenient quick-connect gas line ports simplify the connection of the flow control system to other equipment.

    2. The configuration includes three types of interfaces—BaoTa-style interface, dual-connector sleeve interface, and KF interface—allowing for flexible combinations of connection methods.

     

    II. Intelligent Control:

    1. A glass rotor flow controller is used, allowing for intuitive setting of gas flow and convenient operation (gas float flow control system).

    2. A digital flow display instrument is used in conjunction with a mass flow controller to acquire data and control the flow rate. It features high control accuracy, excellent repeatability, fast response, and stable, reliable performance. Features (gas mass flow controller).

     

    III. Usage Stability:

    1. Utilizes check-valve technology to control gas flow within a controllable pressure range, ensuring stability.

    2. A gas-mixing filling device is employed to ensure that the gas is thoroughly mixed before being introduced into the working chamber, thereby preventing any leakage.

     

    IV. Peripheral Expandability:

    1. This gas quality control system can be configured for use with our company’s vacuum/atmosphere tube furnaces and vacuum/atmosphere box furnaces.

    2. This gas flow control system can be used in conjunction with the vacuum control system manufactured by our company.

    3. Custom multi-channel pneumatic systems can be provided for users.
