    I. Operational Convenience:

    The vacuum inlet and gas-line connection ports utilize KF-style quick-connect fittings, simplifying the installation process. Connection can be completed simply by securing the fittings with clamps, making operation convenient.

     

    II. Intelligent Control

    1. A digital vacuum gauge is used in conjunction with a thermocouple gauge for data acquisition. It offers high measurement accuracy, excellent stability, strong anti-interference capability, and displays vacuum levels in scientific notation. The digital display

    2. This system employs a molecular pump unit that features high pressure resistance and shock tolerance, and is paired with a dedicated control power supply to enhance operational reliability—particularly when the furnace tube sealing system is in use.

    The atmosphere inside becomes interconnected, causing the system to automatically shut down; it can be used again once the furnace tube sealing system returns to normal.

     

    III. Structural Practicality:

    1. Equipped with a built-in two-stage rotary vane mechanical vacuum pump, which effectively enhances pumping efficiency.

    2. In addition to functioning as a vacuum control system, it can also serve as a mobile platform, facilitating the placement of electric furnaces and other equipment.

     

    IV. Peripheral Scalability:

    1. This vacuum control system is compatible with the company’s vacuum/atmosphere tube furnaces and vacuum/atmosphere box furnaces.

    2. This vacuum control system can be used in combination with the gas flow control systems manufactured by our company.

    3. This system can be used independently as a vacuum-generation device.
