Product Features:
I. Operational Convenience:
1. The exhaust port and gas line connection ports utilize KF-style quick-connect fittings, simplifying the installation process. Connection can be completed simply by tightening a clamp, making operation convenient.
2. Two types of power cables are provided, allowing the device to be directly connected and used in combination with our company’s products, or to be independently powered by a standard indoor power source.
II. Intelligent Control
1. A digital vacuum gauge is used in conjunction with a thermocouple gauge for data acquisition. It offers high measurement accuracy, excellent stability, strong anti-interference capability, and displays vacuum levels in scientific notation with digital readout, making it convenient and intuitive to use.
2. Automatic–manual control switching function. In automatic control mode, the vacuum pump is automatically started and stopped based on setpoints, maintaining the chamber pressure within a specified vacuum range. In manual control mode, users can directly operate the vacuum pump using the start/stop buttons, thereby meeting diverse experimental requirements.
3. The solenoid valve soft-start technology ensures that the solenoid valve opens 10 seconds after the vacuum pump is started, thereby maintaining precise system pressure within the furnace tube and preventing exhaust gases from backflowing into the furnace tube system and compromising experimental results.
III. Structural Practicality:
1. Equipped with a built-in two-stage rotary vane mechanical vacuum pump, which effectively enhances pumping efficiency.
2. In addition to functioning as a vacuum control system, it can also serve as a mobile platform, facilitating the placement of electric furnaces and other equipment.
IV. Peripheral Scalability:
1. This vacuum control system can be used in conjunction with the company’s vacuum/atmosphere tube furnaces and vacuum/atmosphere box furnaces.
2. This vacuum control system can be used in conjunction with the gas flow control systems manufactured by our company.
3. This system can be used independently as a vacuum-generation device.
Product Application: This product series is used in our company’s vacuum/atmosphere tube furnaces and vacuum/atmosphere box furnaces, among other equipment. It is a complete vacuum control system assembly that integrates vacuum pumping, vacuum measurement, and automatic control for both the furnace tubes and the furnace chambers. The equipment provides users with a laboratory environment in which the vacuum level can be precisely controlled.
