    Product Features                          
    I. Structural Practicality;                             
    1. Polycrystalline mullite fiber furnace chamber, achieving 50% energy savings; stainless steel vessel with excellent corrosion resistance.
    2. Utilizes a professional vacuum-sealed connection, achieving a vacuum level of up to 10⁻³ Pa.
    3. Gas-circulation cooling technology ensures low furnace surface temperatures.
    II. Equipment Safety;                              
    The unique emergency pressure-relief vent is designed based on the principle of explosion-proof devices: when the internal pressure of the tank exceeds 0.1 MPa, the vent will rupture to release pressure, thereby ensuring the safety of the tank.
    III. Intelligent Control;                             
    Adopts AI-based temperature control with PI regulation, fuzzy control, and self-tuning capabilities, and supports the programming of various heating and cooling profiles.
    4. Peripheral Expandability;                                 
    1. The KF flange is universally interchangeable and can be paired with medium- and high-vacuum generation equipment and gas flow control systems to meet diverse vacuum and atmosphere requirements.
    2. An optional RS-485/6 converter interface can be provided, enabling connection to a computer for remote control, real-time tracking, historical data recording, report generation, and other functions.
    V. Design Uniqueness;                              
    This equipment features multiple independently developed design solutions and accompanying drawings, a circular housing with bolted connections, and clamp-style pneumatic circuit connections for ease of operation.
