    I. Operational Convenience:

    1. The gas pipeline connection adopts a quick-connect flange design.

    2. Simplifies the material handling process: a single clamp is sufficient to complete the pneumatic connection, making operation convenient.

    3. The complex flange installation process has been eliminated, thereby reducing the likelihood of furnace tube damage during installation.

     

    II. Structural Practicality:

    1. The furnace chamber is constructed from high-quality polycrystalline mullite fiber formed by vacuum adsorption, achieving 50% energy savings and ensuring a uniform temperature field. The electric heating elements consist of premium silicon carbide rods with a surface temperature of 1,500°C and premium silicon-molybdenum rods with a surface temperature of 1,700°C.

    2. The sealing flange employs a dual-ring sealing technology, effectively enhancing the gas tightness at both ends of the furnace tube. The gas supply line features fine-adjustable inlet and outlet flow control.

    3. The air-path brackets at both ends support the air-path assembly, effectively eliminating internal stresses within the assembly and thereby preventing furnace-tube damage caused by such stresses.

    4. Advanced air insulation technology, combined with thermal sensing, automatically activates the exhaust fan when the furnace surface temperature rises to 50°C, rapidly reducing the surface temperature.

     

    III. Safety of Use:

    1. Over-temperature protection: When the temperature exceeds the set limit, the power is automatically cut off and an alarm is triggered.

    2. Leakage protection function: the power supply is automatically cut off when a leakage current is detected in the furnace body. These features ensure safe operation.

     

    IV. Intelligent Control:

    1. The electric furnace temperature control system employs artificial intelligence-based regulation technology, featuring PID control, fuzzy control, and self-tuning capabilities, and allows for the programming of various heating and cooling profiles.

    2. The domestically produced programmable temperature-control system allows editing of up to 50 temperature-program segments, while the imported programmable temperature-control system supports programming of up to 40 temperature-program segments.

    3. The electric furnace is equipped with an RS-485 conversion interface, enabling connectivity with a computer. This facilitates remote control, real-time monitoring, and historical data recording for a single furnace or up to 200 furnaces. Functions such as report generation.

     

    V. Peripheral Expandability:

    1. Vacuum control system. Various vacuum control systems enable experiments to be conducted on samples under low, medium, and high vacuum conditions.

    2. Gas flow control system. The inlet gas flow is regulated using a float-type or mass flow controller to meet the experimental requirements under various reaction or protective atmospheres.
