    The SG-G10123 crucible electric furnace is a batch-type unit. Its heating elements are made of 0Cr27AlMo2 iron-chromium-aluminum cold-drawn alloy wire, enabling the furnace chamber to reach temperatures as high as 1,200°C. The furnace chamber is lined with TY ceramic fiber boards, which feature low thermal conductivity and minimal heat storage, resulting in rapid temperature rise and uniform temperature distribution. When operated at full power, the furnace chamber can attain 1,200°C within 25 minutes. The temperature control system employs microcontroller-based technology to measure, display, and regulate the furnace chamber temperature, automatically maintaining a constant setpoint.

    The electrical control system employs contactless thyristor modules, thereby enhancing the control performance of the resistance furnace. The protection system incorporates dual safeguards: over-temperature protection and leakage protection. Over-temperature protection automatically disconnects the power supply to the heating elements in the event of a failure in the actuating components or when furnace temperature control is lost; leakage protection, on the other hand, automatically cuts off the main power supply to the equipment in the event of an electrical fault in the furnace. This dual protection scheme provides a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of the equipment.

    The electric furnace is an integrated furnace-control unit. The upper part of the furnace consists of inner and outer furnace shells and a furnace door; the inner shell houses a fiber-lined furnace chamber, with an air insulation layer between the inner and outer shells. Both the front and rear sides of the furnace shell are detachable, facilitating installation and maintenance of the furnace chamber. A thermocouple is also installed at the rear of the furnace to measure the temperature inside the furnace chamber. The lower part of the furnace houses the control cabinet, whose front panel is equipped with a temperature controller, an ammeter, and on/off buttons for the heating elements, while the interior of the cabinet contains temperature-control and electrical-control components.
