Product Applications:
This series of electric furnaces employs infrared lamp heating and features a sliding furnace chamber for rapid temperature ramping. They are used in advanced materials processing applications such as semiconductor manufacturing, nanotechnology, carbon fiber production, and graphene growth.
It is also equally suitable for process experiments such as atmospheric sintering, vacuum quenching and annealing, and CVD, which require relatively rapid heating and cooling rates.
