The SX-G series, designed for operation at 1700°C, includes the SX-G03173 benchtop and SX-G08173 upright high-temperature box-type resistance furnaces. These models are energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and highly safe to use; they are fully automated with a well-designed structure that ensures convenient operation.
The furnace chamber is constructed from high-quality, advanced specialty refractory fiber products, delivering energy savings of more than 40%, rapid heating rates, and a uniform temperature field.
The heating element is made of high-quality silicon-molybdenum rods with a surface temperature of 1800°C.
I. Structural Practicality;
Advanced air insulation technology, combined with thermal sensing technology, activates when the furnace surface temperature rises to 50°C.
The temperature-control fan will automatically start to rapidly cool the furnace surface.
II. Safety of Use;
1. Automatic power-off function upon furnace door opening; the furnace automatically shuts off when the door is opened.
2. Over-temperature protection: When the temperature exceeds the set limit, the power is automatically cut off and an alarm is triggered.
3. Leakage protection function: automatically cuts off power when the furnace body experiences a leakage current.
The above features ensure safe operation.
III. Intelligent Control;
1. The electric furnace temperature control system employs artificial intelligence-based regulation technology, featuring PID control, fuzzy control, and self-tuning capabilities.
It can also be programmed to execute various heating and cooling sequences.
2. The domestically produced intelligent temperature-control system allows for fixed-temperature heating (non-programmable), while the domestically produced program-controlled temperature-control system supports editing of 30 temperature-program segments.
The temperature control system for imported equipment allows editing of up to 40 temperature-programming segments.
3. The electric furnace is equipped with an RS-485 conversion interface, enabling connection to a computer and control via a computer-based control system.
Achieve remote control, real-time monitoring, historical data recording, and report generation for a single electric furnace or up to 200 electric furnaces.
Optional: Color Touch Screen
The display includes an instrument panel, light-bar graph, real-time curve, historical curve, data report, alarm report, and other features, all with a fully Chinese touch interface.

Current Limiting Function
This feature extends the service life of silicon-molybdenum rod heating elements, provides safety protection for users’ power supply equipment against high-current surges, and ensures safe operation of electric furnaces in the event of operator error.

It provides safety protection for user power supply equipment against high-current surges, ensuring that the temperature measurement system can respond to temperature changes at any time, even when materials are loaded or unloaded mid-process.
