    This series of electric furnaces operates on a batch cycle and is designed for use in corporate laboratories, colleges and universities, research institutes, and other similar organizations. The equipment provides users with a controlled experimental environment featuring vacuum, a controllable atmosphere, and high temperatures, making it suitable for applications in emerging materials and advanced manufacturing processes such as semiconductors, nanotechnology, and carbon fiber.

    Product Features

    I. Operational Convenience;

    1. The gas pipeline connection adopts a clamp-type flange connection structure.

    2. Simplifies the material handling process: simply tighten the clamp to complete the pneumatic connection, making operation convenient.

    3. The complex flange installation process has been eliminated, thereby reducing the likelihood of furnace tube damage during installation.

    II. Structural Practicality ;

    1. The heating furnace chamber consists of upper and lower sections; the upper section can be tilted backward as a whole by 110°, facilitating the loading, unloading, and observation of experimental materials. The furnace chamber is fabricated from polycrystalline mullite fiber using vacuum adsorption, achieving 50% energy savings and ensuring a uniform temperature field. The electric heating elements are made of high-resistance alloy wire 0Cr27Al7Mo2.

    2. The sealing flange employs a three-ring sealing technology, which effectively enhances the gas tightness at both ends of the furnace tube. The gas supply line features fine-adjustable inlet and outlet flow control.

    3. The air-path brackets at both ends support the air-path assembly, effectively relieving the inherent stresses within the assembly and thereby preventing furnace-tube damage caused by these internal stresses.

    4. Advanced air insulation technology, combined with thermal sensing, automatically activates the exhaust fan when the furnace surface temperature rises to 50°C, rapidly cooling the furnace surface.

    III. Safety of Use;

    1. The furnace chamber is equipped with an automatic power-off function that deactivates the power supply when the furnace door is opened.

    2. Over-temperature protection: When the temperature exceeds the set limit, the power is automatically cut off and an alarm is triggered.

    3. Leakage protection function: the power supply is automatically cut off when a leakage current is detected in the furnace body. These features ensure safe operation.

    IV. Intelligent Control ;

    1. The electric furnace temperature control system employs artificial intelligence-based regulation technology, featuring PID control, fuzzy control, and self-tuning capabilities, and allows for the programming of various heating and cooling profiles.

    2. The domestically produced programmable temperature control system allows editing of up to 50 temperature-control programs.

    3. The electric furnace is equipped with an RS-485 conversion interface and can be optionally fitted with specialized software to enable connectivity with a computer. This allows for remote control, real-time monitoring, historical data recording, and report generation for a single furnace or up to 200 furnaces.

    V. Peripheral Expansion ;

    1. Vacuum control system. Various vacuum control systems enable experiments to be conducted on samples under low, medium, and high vacuum conditions.

    2. Gas flow control system. The inlet gas flow is regulated using a float-type or mass flow controller to meet the experimental requirements under various reaction or protective atmospheres.

    VI. Design Uniqueness ;

    The display includes an instrument panel, light-bar graph, real-time curve, historical curve, data report, alarm report, and more; all operated via a fully Chinese-language touch interface, offering comprehensive functionality and ease of use.
