    Product Features:

    I. Structural Practicality;

    1. Advanced air insulation technology, combined with thermal sensing, automatically activates the exhaust fan when the furnace surface temperature rises to 50°C, rapidly reducing the surface temperature.

    II. Safety of Use;

    1. Automatic power-off function upon furnace door opening; the furnace automatically shuts off when the door is opened.

    2. Over-temperature protection: When the temperature exceeds the set limit, the power is automatically cut off and an alarm is triggered.

    3. Leakage protection function: automatically cuts off power when the furnace body experiences a leakage current.

    The above features ensure safe operation.

    III. Intelligent Control;

    1. The electric furnace temperature control system employs artificial intelligence-based regulation technology, featuring PID control, fuzzy control, and self-tuning capabilities, and allows for the programming of various heating and cooling profiles.

    2. The domestically produced intelligent temperature-control system supports fixed-temperature heating (non-programmable), while the domestically produced program-controlled temperature-control system allows editing of 30 temperature-control programs, and the imported program-controlled temperature-control system allows editing of 40 temperature-control programs.

    3. The electric furnace is equipped with an RS-485 conversion interface, enabling connectivity with a computer and facilitating remote control, real-time monitoring, historical data recording, and report generation for a single furnace or up to 200 furnaces via a computer-based control system.

    IV. Design Independence;

    This equipment is an independently developed product, featuring multiple proprietary design solutions and engineering drawings, with an aesthetically pleasing appearance, a well-structured layout, and user-friendly operation.

    The display includes an instrument panel, light-bar graph, real-time curve, historical curve, data report, alarm report, and more; all operated via a fully Chinese-language touch interface, offering comprehensive functionality and ease of use.

    It provides safety protection for user power supply equipment against high-current surges, ensuring that the temperature measurement system can respond to temperature changes at any time, even when materials are loaded or unloaded mid-process.
