I. Structure of Large-Diameter Metal-Tube Electric Furnace

II. Equipment Features
1. Section Features: The heating furnace consists of upper and lower chambers, with the upper chamber capable of being tilted backward as a whole. The furnace lining is made from high-quality polycrystalline mullite fiber via vacuum suction molding, achieving 50% energy savings and ensuring a uniform temperature field.
2. The sealing flange employs a dual-ring water-cooling seal combined with forced-air cooling, effectively enhancing the gas tightness at both ends of the furnace tubes. The gas supply system features fine-adjustable inlet and outlet flow rates; a dedicated single-end gas pipeline support structure provides robust support for the gas delivery assembly. This design effectively mitigates thermal expansion in the stainless steel tubing, completely eliminating the phenomenon of tube expansion under hot conditions and contraction under cold conditions.
3. The furnace shell features advanced air-insulation technology combined with thermal-sensing technology: when the surface temperature of the furnace reaches 50°C, the exhaust fan automatically activates to rapidly cool the furnace surface.
4. The electric furnace temperature control system employs a programmable temperature-control system equipped with artificial-intelligence-based regulation technology, featuring PID control, fuzzy control, and self-tuning capabilities, and allowing the creation of various heating and cooling programs.
5. The flange cooling system employs a refrigeration cycle unit, effectively mitigating the rapid heat conduction of metal pipes and thereby reducing wear on the seals.
