Industrial Integrated Electric Furnace : The operating procedure for the integrated degassing and pre-firing furnace is as follows:
Place the adhesive to be processed in a high-temperature-resistant container (ensuring the container is tightly sealed), then place the container inside the furnace chamber.
Turn on the power switch, set the temperature control knob to the appropriate position (depending on the type and quantity of glue to be heated), and then turn on the heating switch to start heating.
During the heating process, continuously monitor temperature changes. If the temperature becomes excessively high, immediately turn off the heating switch to prevent damage to the adhesive and the container. At the same time, pay close attention to any unusual odors; if an odor is detected, promptly stop the equipment and perform a thorough inspection.
After heating is complete, turn off the heating switch and open the glue discharge port to drain the heated adhesive.
Clean out any residual materials from the furnace chamber, turn off the power, and properly store the equipment.
Integrated Degumming and Pre-Sintering Furnace Precautions for Use:
Strictly comply with safety operating procedures.
The temperature of the molten glass must not exceed 800°C; if it does, the furnace should be shut down immediately to allow the molten glass to cool, and any abnormalities should be inspected.
Before operating the integrated debinding and sintering box-type furnace, the charge quantity and temperature of the molten glass must be controlled in accordance with the material and dimensions of the product.
During melting, it is essential to maintain temperature stability and keep the melt temperature within an appropriate range.
The flow rate of the molten glass must be controlled according to the characteristics of each product to ensure uniformity and satisfactory fusion.
When operating a combined degassing and sintering box-type furnace, regular maintenance and servicing of the instrumentation and automatic control system are essential to ensure their proper operation.
