Establish an after-sales service information management system (including customer service records, quality tracking, and feedback); 3. Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the design, R&D, and modification of non-standard equipment, test fixtures, and tooling jigs. 2. Responsible for structural design, component selection, material selection, and the preparation of design drawings. 3. Collaborate with specialized engineers to complete equipment design. 4. Participate in equipment prototyping, commissioning, and address technical issues during assembly as well as transition-to-production activities. 5. Complete series-based equipment design and prepare relevant technical documentation. 6. Determine project plans, perform cost estimation, and undertake other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design or a related field. 2. At least 5 years of experience in mechanical structural design; prior experience in industrial furnace and electric furnace design is preferred. 3. Proficient in the principles of mechanical motion and familiar with the principles and basic processes of automation control. 4. Able to interpret mechanical and electrical installation drawings and provide technical guidance during installation and commissioning. 5. Proficient in various design software, including SolidWorks and ANSYS. 6. Preference given to candidates with expertise in vacuum systems, thermal energy design, and automated structural design. 7. Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work hard and endure hardship. 8. Excellent verbal communication and coordination skills; capable of independently undertaking product design tasks, handling work pressure, working diligently and steadily, and demonstrating a strong sense of initiative.

Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the conceptual design, thermal calculations, and equipment selection of thermal energy systems for experimental electric furnaces, thermal analysis equipment, and other electric heating devices. 2. Lead or participate in the development of technical specifications for thermal energy equipment, technical evaluation of tender bids, installation guidance, and commissioning. 3. Provide timely and professional thermal engineering technical guidance and on-site support to manufacturing, assembly, testing, and after-sales departments, promptly identifying and resolving electrical faults and abnormalities that arise during equipment operation. 4. Prepare technical documentation, including thermal system design descriptions, calculation reports, commissioning reports, and operation and maintenance manuals. 5. Conduct research on the application of new technologies, processes, and materials, performing feasibility analyses and small-scale and pilot-scale trials. 6. Apply the principle of life-cycle cost optimization in thermal system design, optimizing equipment configuration and system solutions. 7. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Thermal Engineering, Power Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering, Chemical Process Machinery, or a related field. 2. At least 2 years of work experience in thermal system design, energy efficiency optimization, or a related field; prior experience with electric heating furnaces is preferred but not required. 3. Solid foundation in thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and combustion science. 4. Familiarity with the principles of automatic control and instrumentation for thermal energy systems. 5. Proficiency in using relevant software for thermal calculations, system simulation, and design drafting. 6. Clear logical thinking and strong ability to systematically analyze and solve complex problems.
